Round dining table in dark brown mango wood with ribbed pedestal

This round dining table in mango wood is finished in a warm, dark brown shade. The tabletop measures 120 by 120 cm and is 3 cm thick. It stands on a robust pedestal with vertical lines, which gives the table a modern and at the same time timeless look.

Material and finish

The table is made of mango wood. The brown finish brings warmth and elegance to the dining room, while the refined tabletop and the sturdy pedestal balance each other. The vertical lines give the pedestal rhythm and make the underside of the table an eye-catcher.

Dimensions

• Tabletop: 120 x 120 x 3 cm
• Pedestal: 64 x 64 x 74 cm
• Material: mango wood

A table on a central pedestal

Because the table stands on a central pedestal and not on four corner legs, you can pull up a chair easily on every side. When measuring your dining room, do keep in mind that the pedestal itself takes up 64 by 64 cm of floor. If you are unsure how many chairs fit comfortably around it, feel free to ask Camille.

Combining

Dark brown wood shows to advantage with some light around it. Light or natural chairs keep the dining area open and airy, dark chairs make the whole warmer and deeper. A linen runner in a soft shade or a vase of fresh flowers breaks up the dark surface of the top. A pendant lamp above the centre of the table accentuates the round shape.

Care

Dust the wood with a dry or slightly damp cloth and use coasters for hot dishes and wet glasses. In general, wipe up spilled liquid straight away, so that it does not soak into the wood. Feel free to ask Camille which care product suits this finish best.
